Customer Terms – Quick Guide

We keep things simple at Ozark Speed Co. Here’s what you need to know when working with us:

📌 Projects & Deposits

All jobs include a written estimate.
A deposit is required before work begins or before a vehicle is reserved.

💵 Payments

Final balance must be paid in full before a vehicle leaves our shop.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.

⏱ Timelines

We’ll give you an estimated completion date.
Delays can happen due to parts, vendors, or custom requests.

🔧 Parts

You can supply your own parts, but we cannot warranty them.
Parts ordered through us must be prepaid and may carry restocking fees if canceled.

🛡 Storage & Risk

Vehicles remain the responsibility of their owner.
We recommend all customers maintain insurance coverage while their car is in our care.

🚗 Sales & Brokerage

All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is unless otherwise stated in writing.
We act as a broker to connect buyers and sellers but cannot guarantee originality, mileage, or value.

📝 Warranty

Due to the custom and vintage nature of our work, no warranty is offered unless agreed upon in writing.

❌ Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for costs of parts ordered or work already performed.

Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Ozark Speed Co, we stand behind our craftsmanship and products. Because we provide both classic car services and branded merchandise, our Return & Refund Policy is divided into two parts:

1. Vehicles, Restoration, Customization & Brokerage Services

All vehicle sales are final. Classic and custom vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Restoration and customization services are non-refundable. Deposits cover parts ordering and labor and cannot be refunded once work begins.
Cancellations: If a project is canceled, the customer remains responsible for any labor performed and parts ordered.
Brokerage services: As intermediaries, we do not offer refunds once a transaction has been completed.

2. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories & Leather Goods)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue with a product, please follow these guidelines:

Terms of Return: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
State of Return: Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Reason for Return: Accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was shipped.
Process for Return:
- Email us at dustin@sgfspeedco.com with your order number and details.
- Ship the item back to:

Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
